Important installation instructions — farsighted (plus SPH) lenses only: When you receive your lenses, install them with the convex (outward-curved) surface facing your eyes. Do not place the convex surface against the original RayNeo iO optical waveguide lenses. This orientation applies only to farsighted lenses.

Important installation note: We have encountered three original RayNeo iO frames with dimensional variations that affected prescription lens fit. RayNeo has confirmed to us that these frame tolerance variations can occur. If your prescription lenses cannot be installed, please contact info@annkutvr.com for assistance.

Installation — Nearsighted and Farsighted Lenses

Do not remove the original RayNeo iO optical waveguide lenses. They must remain installed during use. ANNKUTVR custom lenses install on the eye-side of the original optical waveguide lenses, between your eyes and the original lenses.

Nearsighted prescriptions (minus SPH): Align each custom lens with the corresponding side of the glasses, then gently press it into position until it is securely seated. No adhesive is required for normal installation.

Farsighted prescriptions (plus SPH): The farsighted version uses a different fitting method and should be installed with the removable soft-setting adhesive supplied with your lenses. Install each lens with its convex (outward-curved) surface facing your eyes. Do not place the convex surface against the original RayNeo iO optical waveguide lenses. This orientation applies only to farsighted lenses. Apply the supplied adhesive as instructed, position the lens correctly, and allow approximately 20 minutes for it to set before use.

The supplied adhesive remains soft and removable after setting, so the prescription lenses can be removed and reinstalled when needed. It does not permanently bond the prescription lenses to the original RayNeo iO lenses or frame.

How to Enter Your Prescription

Enter the prescription values for your right and left eyes exactly as they appear on your current eyeglass prescription.

SPH indicates your sphere power. CYL and AXIS are used when astigmatism correction is required. PD is your pupillary distance and should be provided as accurately as possible.

If you select Progressive lenses, enter the ADD value exactly as shown on your prescription. Do not estimate an ADD value if it is not listed on your prescription.

If your prescription falls outside the available options or you are unsure how to enter your values, please contact us before placing your order.

Single Vision, Progressive and Non-prescription Options

Single Vision: One prescription power across the lens based on the prescription information you provide.

Progressive: Provides distance, intermediate and near correction within the same lens. An ADD value is required for Progressive orders.

Non-prescription: Plano lenses with no corrective prescription power.

Clear and Photochromic Lens Options

Clear: Clear lenses without an added tint.

Photochromic: Lenses that darken in response to UV exposure and return toward clear when UV exposure is reduced.

Important note for photochromic lenses: ANNKUTVR custom lenses install on the eye-side behind the original RayNeo iO optical waveguide lenses. Because the original optical waveguide lenses remain in front of the photochromic lenses, less UV may reach the photochromic lenses.

As a result, the photochromic lenses may darken more slowly or may not become as dark as standard photochromic eyeglasses exposed directly to sunlight. Please consider this limitation before selecting the Photochromic option.

Custom production time: Photochromic lenses normally require 3–7 business days before shipping.

Prescription Details Matter

Please check all prescription values carefully before submitting your order, especially the plus (+) or minus (-) signs for SPH and CYL.

Use your current eyeglass prescription rather than entering values from memory.

PD is strongly recommended because it helps position the optical center of the custom lenses correctly for your eyes.
