How to Enter Your Prescription

Enter the values from your current glasses prescription into the prescription fields above. Keep the right and left eye values separate and enter all plus (+) and minus (-) signs exactly as written on your prescription.

• OD / Right Eye: Enter the SPH, CYL and AXIS values for your right eye.
• OS / Left Eye: Enter the SPH, CYL and AXIS values for your left eye.
• CYL and AXIS: AXIS is only required when your prescription contains a CYL value.
• PD: Enter your pupillary distance if available. If your prescription lists separate right and left PD measurements, enter them separately.
