Q: Do these come with the insert frame, or do I need to send mine in?

—A: You don't need to send anything to us! They come as a complete package. Your custom prescription lenses will arrive already professionally mounted onto a brand-new insert frame adapter.

Q: Will these fit the regular XREAL Air 2 or Air 2 Pro?

—A: No. The XREAL Air 2 Ultra features a different physical design and nose bridge mounting system compared to the standard Air 2 series. These inserts will ONLY fit the Ultra.

Q: Will the lenses scratch the Ultra's waveguide displays?

—A: Absolutely not. The insert frame is designed to maintain a safe distance from the smart glasses' optical engine. In fact, using our inserts is much safer than trying to wear standard glasses, which can easily scratch the displays.

Q: My prescription is very high, will they be too thick?

—A: We utilize premium high-index (ultra-thin) materials for all higher prescriptions at no extra charge. This ensures your lenses remain incredibly thin, preventing them from touching your eyelashes and keeping the headset lightweight.
