Q: Can I really fold the glasses and put them in the case with the lenses still attached?
—A: Yes! This is our biggest advantage. Our snap-on lens inserts feature a low-profile design. Once they are installed, you can simply fold the arms of your RayNeo glasses and place them into the original carrying case without ever needing to remove the lenses.
Q: Do I need to buy a separate lens frame from RayNeo?
—A: No, you do not. RayNeo does not include the frame in the box, but we provide the complete solution. Your prescription lenses will arrive already professionally mounted onto our custom frame insert. It is a true plug-and-play solution.
Q: Are these magnetic? How do they attach?
—A: These are not magnetic. They feature a very secure, precision “snap-on” (friction-fit) design that locks onto the nose bridge area of the glasses. They stay firmly in place during use but are easy to install.
Q: Will these fit the older RayNeo Air 2?
—A: No. These inserts are designed for RayNeo Air 4 Pro and are not compatible with RayNeo Air 2.
