Summary
Inserts with prescription lenses are excluded from the right of withdrawal.The right of withdrawal for inserts without prescription (with plano lenses) remains unaffected.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. For refund please contact us first : info@annkutvr.com
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Shipping fees for the orders are not refundable.
- AnnkutVR will cover the cost of return shipping only if the products are defective or not made according to the order specifications. If you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
- In the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
Exchanges(if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@annkutvr.com
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will we charge any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received back the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs for returning the goods. Goods that cannot be sent as parcels will be picked up at our expense.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Late or missing refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
- If you have not received a refund in 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
